Early mornings in Center City are the best...especially if you happen to find yourself near La Colombe on 19th and Sansom sts. Each day this cafe opens by 7 am to serve up the best coffee in the city. Be prepared for a wait...the line sometimes goes all the way out the door. Later in the afternoon you can find college students and business professionals studying and working. Your best bet is to order a cappuccino...by far, the best in the city. Also, La Colombe is cash only...and it's cheaper than Starbucks.
